Every month I place 20 selected top Indie Covers on my site – please have a look at the first ones for November.  I also invite a guest judge to choose one that he/she feels is the very best, and that will be displayed on my Home Page for the next month.  It is not an easy task as all the covers are usually just so absolutely stunning!

This month Christie from ebookeditingpro agreed to be the judge.  Thank you Christie!  Here’s a little information about her:

Christie Giraud began her career as a journalist and magazine editor in Rhode Island, but soon after switched to the world of fiction. She worked with several New York publishers, before taking time off to raise herthree children, while she continued to edit on a freelance basis.

Christie launched ebookeditingpro.com in July of 2011, when she started seeing readers’ complaints about how many books were being published without being edited. It was a “light bulb” moment, and she immediately began researching what other services charged. What she learned was pretty shocking. Services were charging sometimes more than $100 an hour—and that seemed outrageous. One of Christie’s goals was to provide professional editing at a fee the indie author could actually afford in hopes of encouraging more writers to get their books edited before hitting that publish button.
